All our products can be shipped to the most of European countries including: UK, Germany, France, Netherland, Belgium, Italy,Spain, Austria, Portugal, Swiden, Greece, Lativ, Poland, Romania, Czech，Slovakia，Slovenia，Finland，Lithuania，Luxembourg，Bulgaria；If you cannot choose delivery method when make the order, please kind contact our customer service: fivklemnz_service@yeah.net.
All orders are received with the consignee's signature to avoid theft, loss or damage.If a package is lost or stolen, please contact your local Express office for a claim for stolen or mis-delivered packages.
PROCESSING TIME
Standard orders must be placed before 16:00 time to start processing on the next business day. Processing usually takes 1-2business days, and orders will arrive within 3-5 business days from when the order is shipped.

- Please provide correct and accurate shipping address and information. Any charges incurred by Fivklemnz to reroute a shipment or make an address correction will be the responsibility of the customer. Fivklemnz will make every attempt to contact the customer in advance to avoid additional shipping charges when possible.
- Please note Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, and the Virgin Islands can’t be shipped to now.
- Please note that the shipping fee is determined by the order value after any discounts have been applied.
- When ordering from Fivklemnz, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record, and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Usually your order will not incur handling charges or customs duties.
- We accept order cancellations prior to product shipment or production. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel an order if the order has already shipped.
